Spinning My Wheel
Spinning My Wheel…One of my goals for 2008 is to spin more to improve the quality of my finished yarn. Also, I’d like to explore spinning a more varied selection of fibers, blends, etc. Color exploration is a given for me and solids are not entirely out of the question. To keep track of my spinning would be a major accomplishment. To do that, I’ve designed a nice spread sheet to assist me in keeping track of everything. Can I spin miles this year? It’s a challenge I’ve given myself.
If you want to spin along and use up some of your stash, grab a button and begin to spin. There are no rules other than to try. That’s it. Just sit and spin and use up some stash. No restrictions on getting more fiber, either. it’s just using the wheel(s) you have and having fun.
